Fees & billing

Refunds

No refunds after a live class session or cohort instance ends.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after signup completes—even if you cancel early or stop attending.
Monthly memberships cancel future renewals when canceled through billing controls; past billing periods are generally not refunded unless required by applicable law.

Conduct

Learners agree to respectful participation in live sessions and must not misuse AI tools against instructors, classmates, or third parties. Violations may result in removal without refund.
